What is discrimination?
People may be discriminated based on:
Age, class, disability, employment, language, nationality, race or ethnicity, region, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
Bases of discrimination:
In every country, community etc, there are dominant groups whom are more powerful or are thought to be more superior than others. All those people who do not fit into those groups, may experience discrimination.
- Action that repudiates social involvement or human rights to people based on prejudice.
- It is when people are treated horribly because they fit into a different category.
- Discrimination exists all around the world.
